I N I Z I products are handmade using genuine leather (goat and cow mainly) so every piece is unique.

Leather is a natural material that even after the tanning process is still alive; eventual imperfections are a reflection of its originality and all its adventures by your side.

Treat your leather product with proper care so it keeps all its beauty and softness.
Clean it with dry and soft cloth to get rid of dust.
Use regularly proper moisturizer to prevent aging, cracks and stains.
Keep in mind that leather is sensitive to the sunlight, especially vivid colours. Leather does not like water.

Store your leather product in a breathable bag, out of the light and in a dry place.

Returns and Refunds

• To return an item from INIZI, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the item.
• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged or have a mark of wear. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in its original packaging.
• A full refund (except shipping costs associated with the return) will be credited back to your account once the item is received and inspected.
• INIZI only refunds items purchased directly from this website inizidesign.com.

Exchange

• We offer exchanges for different colours of the same item if it has the same price.
• The client is responsible for all shipping cost related to the exchange.

Spain and France

• We ship for free for all orders above 95 euros.
• Under 95 euros the shipping cost is 5 euros.
• Delivery period is 3 to 6 working days.*
• Except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.*

Rest of Europe

• Shipping cost is 12 euros.
• Delivery period is 3 to 15 working days, depending on the country of destination.*
• If applied, customs fees and taxes will be assumed by the customer.

USA

• Shipping cost is 18 euros.
• Delivery period is 4 to 15 working days.*
• If applied, customs fees and taxes will be assumed by the customer.
